Privacy Security – Passwords

Trying to track down my accounts to delete them or change passwords is quite difficult, but simultaneously easy because I was dumb enough to reuse passwords for every single one of my account.

Passwords are a beautiful concept. It’s a string of characters or phrases that you use to unlock things. Something only you and people whom you trust knows.

Since sites are vulnerable to leaks and hackers, it’s good if your password is different on every site that you visit.

I use a password manager called KeepassXC on my GNU/Linux laptop. Keepass2Android on my Android phone, and I sync them with Syncthing, where I set the service to sync 1 second after editing.
